Meet our captain, Brandon Baldwin. Captain Brandon has been spending time on the water in the Virginia/Chesapeake Bay area his entire life. He has always had a passion for fishing and boating and has been running boats for about 10 years. Brandon earned his OUPV license, then chose to upgrade to his Master's license along with several other endorsements. Captain Brandon is especially conscious of safety onboard HAVOC and does everything he can to make your trip both fun and safe for your family and friends. He has dedicated many years to making this charter a reality and is excited to have you on board!
Captain Brandon strives to offer different styles of fishing in order to target many different species. His goal is to accommodate the styles you and your group prefer as best he can while also being sure that your trip is as successful as possible with the right techniques to get the fish you want. He especially likes light tackle for Spades, Sight Casting for Red Drum and Cobia in the Summer, and Rockfish in the Winter.
Meet our first mate, Chris Haduck. Chris has been a mate in Virginia for 18 years, so he has extensive knowledge of the Chesapeake Bay waters. Chris is fast-paced on deck getting tangles undone, putting fish in the box, and is great with his clients. Chris has also worked with several reputable captains in the area, he has fished in many tournaments and has even been featured in the Chesapeake Angler Magazine. "I eat, sleep, and breathe fishing! It's a passion of mine that will always be in my blood as a waterman."
