Havoc Charters: Full Day Tuna Charter Raffle 🐟

 

 

Official Rules and Prize Information

 

 

 

1. The Prize

 

The winner will receive a Full Day Bluefin Tuna Charter for three (3) people on Havoc Charters.

• Duration: Full Day (8-10 hrs specific hours to be determined by the Captain).

• Target Species: Bluefin Tuna.

• Included: The charter fee, fuel, tackle, bait, and the services of the Captain and Mate. (Gratuity for the Mate is not included and is customary).

• Availability: The charter date will be selected by the winner from the available 2026 Bluefin season dates provided by Havoc Charters.

 

2. Ticket Details

 

• Ticket Price: $70.00 per ticket.

• Total Tickets Available (Maximum Cap): 45 tickets.

• Purchase Limit: There is no limit on how many tickets a single person may purchase up to the maximum cap of 45.

 

3. Drawing and Winner Notification

 

• Raffle End Date/Time: [December 15th 2026 11;59pm ] or immediately upon the sale of the 45th ticket, whichever comes first.

• Drawing Date/Time: [December 16th 9;00 pm] .

• Drawing Location/Method:  Live stream on Facebook w/ random number generator.

• Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by : Phone and/or email within 24 hours of the drawing. The winner's name (and potentially location) may be announced publicly on Havoc Charters' social media/website.

 

4. Charter Rollover Clause (The Yellowfin Contingency)

 

In the event that the winner cannot agree upon or secure a mutually available Bluefin Tuna Charter date with Havoc Charters during the 2026 Bluefin season, or if the Bluefin season is cancelled/closed for a reason outside of the control of Havoc Charters, the winner will have the option to roll over the prize to:

• A Full Day Yellowfin Tuna Charter for two (2) people on Havoc Charters in June 2026.

• The exact date will be subject to the Captain's and winner's mutual availability within the June 2026 timeframe.

 

5. Important Terms and Conditions

 

• Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years of age to purchase a ticket.

• Non-Transferable: The prize may not be sold or traded.

• No Cash Value: The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or a credit towards a different charter/service.

• The raffle drawing will take place regardless of the number of tickets sold, and the prize will be awarded.
